HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
If your complaint is not resolved under the particular plan or you wish to upgrade your plan for the efficient redressal of your grievance you can also ask us to upgrade your plan to your ticket. you only pay a difference. however, if your time, terms and procedure over under particular plan and you wish to upgrade plan, you need to send us the request in 15 days from the end of all procedure and time involved in the particular plan. Generally, we are flexible and good fellows, so do not worry if the delay is genuine. For example, you choose an Essential plan (699/-) and wish to upgrade to StartUp Plan (1499/-), you require to pay only 800/- difference amount. To get the speedy and efficient result, choose the right plan to expedite your matter.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
We don’t charge anything for free (Facebook Forum) services. Even sometimes, we help for free in a negligible complaint. When you need expert, solid, focused, result oriented support, you require choosing one of the suitable plans. The support is powered by an NGO. If the complaint requires selection of the plan, we would open a ticket and start collecting documents to proceed further to resolve your complaint. It may be possible, you do not require to make payment when you file a complaint with us and on a later stage, you require to choose one of the plans.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all forms of payment including online transfer, cash deposits, credit cards, debit cards, cash, demand draft or cheque. We issue receipt and initiate services after the realization of payment.
CAN I CHOOSE ANY PLAN?
We expect you finalize your requirement and what result and action you want in the process to resolve your complaint in connection with the disputed amount or other situations and choose one of the plans as may suit to your requirement. If we believe, you have chosen an incorrect plan, we may ask you to choose a correct plan. when you file a complaint, you given an option to make choice of suitable plan. during the court of the investigation, we may ask you to choose a particular plan or provide particular plan options to choose one from it.
WHAT IS MONEYBACK GUARANTEE?
If you are not happy with the procedure or for any other reason (except your complaint resolved from the time of payment to 3 days from the day of payment), you want a refund, we will refund 100% amount paid by you, no question asked. We will not even deduct any government charges if collected from you. This guarantee applies on all of our plans.
WHAT IS 100% REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCE GUARANTEE?
We give you 100% Guarantee that your complaint/ Grievance irrespective of any paid plan (except essential plan) that you choose, would be readdressed by concern department, brand or police. Please note, redressal does not mean a guarantee for resolving your complaint or resolving in your favor, however, Responsible Person will respond to your complaint and he would then cooperate as per the law. It has been noted that most of the ConsumerCitizen do not get a response or proper attention from the brand, government or police when they complain. Sometimes they become victimize of humiliation or threats. Response means, after completion of all reasonable wait time or as prescribed by government law, rule and all necessary procedure followed under the plan, you should get a response from opponents. if you get no response despite all due process, we will refund 100% amount paid by you, subject to deduction of any government taxes, such as service taxes.
